Our delivery area

saksak ships to customers in the United States only. Orders are dispatched from Los Angeles after preparation.

How your order is prepared

We source your items from suppliers in Korea after you order; we do not keep them in advance as local stock. They come to Los Angeles for inspection and packing before we send them to you.

Estimated arrival

Allow approximately 2–3 weeks from placing your order to receiving it. Preparation, including arrival in Los Angeles, inspection, and packing, usually takes about 1–2 weeks. Delivery after dispatch is estimated at 3–4 business days.

These are estimates. If your order is delayed, we will email you with a new estimated arrival date.

Delivery charges

Standard U.S. shipping is $8.00. Shipping is free for orders of $70.00 or more, before taxes and after discounts.

Import costs

There are no additional duties or import fees at delivery.
